Project Scion Refits

Unlike most of the Ishii ships in use prior to the commencement of Project Scion, the Assarianto-Class was deemed fit for continued use, given some refits and upgrades. Whereas previously the Assarianto-Class had been a cruiser, the new fleet formations would see this class' role change to that of a destroyer, new classes arising to take its former place.
